We had all kinds of plans to do all kinds of things for the opening ceremonies of the Olympics in China, and with the best laid plans comes...staying at home, with the kids, making Chinese food and home made decorations. It was better than any of our other ideas!The opening ceremonies were spectacular. It just once again puts me in awe of a culture so disciplined and artistic. Now where can I get my hands on a copy of it?!
