yesterday with Tall Man's parents.
It was fun going on rides and listening to Christmas carols in the blazing heat. It reminded me of being in Argentina at Christmas. Boo was totally riveted by all of the noise. I think she thought we were nuts. She would see Gem and Little Man screaming their heads off on some ride and look at me like, "this is OK with you?!". All was well till the heavens opened up with torrential rain and some pretty scary lightning. We discovered that changing pads can double as rain gear. Overall it was a fun day, and since we were soaked and cold it felt more like Christmas after all!
