The youth in our church do a roadshow every other year. Basically this means that each congregation in our area writes and performs a 15 minute play involving certain themes. This year we were given "Old Testament brought into modern perspective" as the theme. Our congregation's director chose the story of Jacob, Rachel and Leah. Gem was given the role of an angel that tries to get Jacob to date Rachel, but Leah likes him first. Gem did a good job dancing in her crazy cloud slipper costume. She had a good time and it was fun to watch her!
